Innovation, philanthropy and Generation Z in the working environment at the center of discussions by its management staff Kaizen Gaming at the Delphi Economic Forum.
THE Kaizen Gaming one of the largest Gametech companies worldwide, participated in the work of the 9th Delphi Economic Forum with three of its top executives: Pavlos Kanellopoulos, Chief Financial Officer, Stella Voulgarakis, Chief People Officer, and Panos Konstantopoulos, President of Kaizen Foundationthe international non-profit organization, which was created and is exclusively funded by Kaizen Gaming.
Mr. Kanellopoulos participated in a panel on “Beyond Start-ups: Technology Leaders Shaping the Greek Ecosystem” where, together with other representatives of pioneering companies in the field of technology, he spoke about the elements that established Kaizen Gaming among the leaders. “From 2012 until today we have managed to overcome many difficulties. The flexibility in our way of thinking (“agile mind set») allowed us to make quick decisions in a rapidly changing environment. We didn’t follow the beaten track. In circumstances where other companies limited their investments in Greece, we decided to expand abroad and gained a competitive advantage by investing in brandour technology and people“, write down.
For her part, Ms. Stella Voulgaraki participated in the discussion on “A Changing Workforce: Understanding the Generation Gap and Its Impact on Business”, together with HR heads of other leading companies. According to Ms. Bulgaraki: “95% of its employees Kaizen Gaming belongs to the generations of Millennials and her Generation Z. What do these people want? Fast progression, opportunities to learn and grow. They want two-way communication and to feel that they are involved in decision-making».

Finally, Mr. Konstantopoulos shared his experiences on the “Changing the culture of giving” panel, where he discussed the role of philanthropy in addressing global challenges and the importance of promoting synergies in this area. Mr. Konstantopoulos noted that: “As a people-centered company, we founded the Kaizen Foundation with the aim of offering more. We want the Foundation’s action to be global, responding to key issues of society and the environment. Our goal is to respond immediately, without attachments and delays, providing solutions quickly to the most pressing and burning issues every time. This mindset of constant evolution and flexibility is what makes us stand out and, I believe, can bring a different air to the field of philanthropy.” Alongside, pointed out: “Impact on society is more meaningful through collaboration.” In this context, he also announced that the Kaizen Foundation is in advanced discussions with the UEFA Foundation For Children for the implementation of joint actions in a number of countries.
