The first reaction of Pavlos Aslanidis and his family after the announcement of the Supreme Court’s prosecutor’s office requesting a disciplinary investigation for the prosecutor of Larissa who issued a rejection order for Mr. Triandopoulos, bypassing the law on the responsibility of ministers, via documentonews. “My Dimitris, we are winning. Our fights are not lost. All my family and I want is for justice to be served and for the truth to shine forth in the murder of our children. Whoever is responsible for the death of so many people and for the complete alteration of the crime scene must be held accountable. We expect the judicial authorities to do their job, as they should,” comments the father of the deceased 26-year-old Dimitris via documentonews.gr.
A few minutes ago, Georgia Adeilini, prosecutor of the Supreme Court, issued a statement requesting an investigation into possible criminal liability of the Larissa District Attorney, Irini Kehagia, who filed the lawsuit filed by victims’ relatives against Christos Triandopoulos, among others, concluding that the the latter bears no responsibility for the setting up of the crime scene in Tempe.
We remind you that at the beginning of last December, Pavlos Aslanidis, who lost his 26-year-old son Dimitris, and Christos Konstantinidis, who lost his wife Vasiliki Chloros in the crime of Tempos, filed a supplementary lawsuit against specific persons for the alteration (bazoma) of the space in point of collision of the two trains, between which Chr. Triandopoulos and Z. Raptis.
Then on March 26, the First Instance Prosecutor issued a rejection order, bypassing the law on the responsibility of ministers, which orders the judicial officer to immediately forward to the Hellenic Parliament any case file when he stumbles upon the name of a minister.

Yesterday, Pavlos Aslanidis filed an appeal against the rejection order of the Larissa prosecutor’s office through his attorney, Giorgos Iliopoulos, requesting, among other things, that the prosecutor who decided to close the case and acquit Mr. Triandopoulos and those who participated in the SOPP be subject to a disciplinary check.
“It is important to emphasize that the placement in the file of my Petition from 8.12.2023 with the Order contested by this Appeal is an action for which the Prosecutor who signed the aforementioned Order must be subject to disciplinary control, because she exceeded her jurisdiction.
This is a Prosecutor of the Ordinary Justice, which does not have the authority, without even informing the Parliament, to criminally assess any act of Ministers – members of the Government – Deputy Ministers” was characteristically referred to in the appeal report.

Christos Konstantinidis is also going to file an appeal against the order within the time limit of 15 days from the day of service, as stipulated by law.
