Two successes, both important because it was used by Captain Corallo and his teammates to conquer the first arithmetic place with three rounds to spare, while their cousins have the chance to secure second place in the general ranking. Beyond the relative importance for the ranking, the match will certainly be fought with GLS Salerno Guiscards who will take to the field with the aim of winning what would be the seventeenth consecutive victory, also repeating the success obtained at Senatore with the score of 3-0 in the first round.
That was one of Paestum’s three seasonal defeats, the other two on the courts of Consorzio Volley Napoli and Penisola Volley, which is still unbeaten at home and comes into this match with an open streak of nine consecutive successes. After the match on the pitch of the Academy Agropoli-Paestum, the foxes will close the regular season at Senatore on 27 April against Volley Project Pontecagnano and then play starting from Saturday 4 May the play-off final, best of five matches, against Volley World Napoli, undefeated leaders in Group A.
