Former Soccer Player Carlos Alberto Faces Legal Troubles for Disruptive Behavior in Condominium

Carlos Alberto is a troublesome neighbor according to the residents of his condominium in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The former player has been charged with rioting, with more than 50 incidents of excessive noise, parties, loud music and drumming.

According to the study of the UOLa legal process is underway to remove him from the resident list.

“This resident, as everyone knows, including the administration, has mistreated staff over the years and even assaulted and putting everyone’s life at risk, as well as noise with loud music outside working hours”, complained a resident with the administrative condominium.

Carlos Alberto has already been fined three times, a total of R $ 19,601.10.

In one of the cases, Charles Albert a neighbor woke up in the wee hours of the morning by knocking on the door. He said he got his flat wrong. Changed, he urinated in the hall.

In another episode, he appears to be screaming, breaking a car’s rear view mirror.

“Call the police and see! Did you see what you did? You broke my leg. Call the police. I am going to tell you that your husband is a murderer and that you are participating. I’m going to f… I’m going to break your rear view mirror”, said the former player.

In February, judge Diego Isaac Nigri ordered Carlos Alberto to “stop using activities that disturb the peace and security of the condominium, and he must respect the rules of condominium coexistence, which was established in the contract”.
