When are shopping Sundays in 2024?
If the regulations do not change, by the end of this year stores will be open on five more Sundays:

Where can we shop on non-trading Sundays?
On non-trading Sundays, the following may be open: shops (only if the seller is the owner or members of his immediate family provide unpaid work); gas stations; shops and facilities at railway stations; flower shops; pharmacies; bakeries and confectioneries as well as restaurants, cafes and pubs.
The penalty for breaking the Sunday trading ban is PLN 1,000 to PLN 100,000. PLN fine, and in case of persistent violation of the Act – penalty of restriction of liberty.
Trading ban on Sundays – what may change
There is a bill in the Sejm regarding Sunday trading. The parliamentary bill concerns increasing the number of Sundays on which trade is allowed in establishments that are not exempt from the ban pursuant to art. 6 of the Act is permitted by enabling business activity on the first and third Sunday of each month, extending employee rights for work on Sunday (200% of remuneration for work on Sunday, another day off from work and at least 2 Sundays in a calendar month).
Moreover, the ban will also not apply on the first Sunday of December and the next two Sundays before Christmas, excluding Sunday falling on December 24. This also applies to the Sunday immediately preceding the first day of Easter.
