The Salvadoran Football Federation (FESFUT) canceled the compensation to 12 former AD Chalatenango players, who filed lawsuits against the northern team to the Federation’s legal department, for non-payment.
Former Chalatenango players Alexander Mendoza, Ricardo Guevara, Leonardo Menjivar, Jaime Mozo, Alejandro Henriquez, Joshua Dubon, Meyson Capacho, Diego Alvarado, Jose Ortega, Jairo Gonzalez, Levi Martinez and Geovanni Henriquez are the ones who received the debt payment of fees valued at $37, 826.98.
The players sued the team for the lack of their fees while the now-defunct Chalatenango was playing in the First Division of soccer in El Salvador.
