Two young women of Cuban origin were reported missing in the town of Montego Bay, Jamaica.

According to local media SpyTv Newsthese were identified as Camila González and Leyna María Portuondo Planas, who are residents of Sewell Avenue, in Great Hill Manor.

The aforementioned media indicates that Portuondo Planas was reported missing since last April 3, while González has been missing since last March 15.

Reports from the authorities indicate that both women were last seen in their respective residences around 8:00 am on the days they disappeared.

The young Portuondo Planas was described as a 21-year-old woman, with a dark complexion and a slim build. Likewise, it was indicated that she is 1.50 meters (4 feet and 11 inches) tall.

Authorities are asking anyone who can provide information to help locate these women to contact the Montego Bay Police Department as soon as possible, as in cases like this, time is one of the most important factors.

And any detail, no matter how small, could be the key to helping find the missing Cuban women and guaranteeing the return of both of them home.

Although local authorities shared the disappearance of the Cuban women a couple of days ago, they have not yet provided updates on the case, so the search continues.
