The head of the Kharkov OVA, Oleg Sinegubov, announced on April 11 that today the regional Defense Council will consider expanding the forced evacuation zone due to Russian shelling.
“Today at the Defense Council we will, among other things, consider the issue of possible expansion (of the list – ed.) of settlements subject to mandatory evacuation and, perhaps, even mandatory forced evacuation,” he said.
