“I have nothing personal against Judge Georgieva. But this politicization of the case is not good for solving it on its merits,” said Ivo Naydenov after the failure of the hearing.
Judge Galya Georgieva refused to recuse herself, but postponed the hearing to April 16, when the chairperson of the panel will be someone else. She fined lawyer Natina BGN 500.
