The suspended UDO serviceman, accused of killing a teenager in Kyiv, does not admit his guilt, the examination showed that he was drunk at the time of the crime.

I emphasize that this is not true. This is a military serviceman, a driver of the State Security Department, who is currently suspended from official duties.

Details: Sapyan added that the Department of State Security and its management are contributing to the investigation as much as possible.
The adviser specified that at the time of the crime, the serviceman was not on duty.
According to the results of the examination, the suspect was drunk (1.2 ppm of alcohol in the blood).
The detainee currently does not admit his guilt. He referred to Article 63 of the Constitution of Ukraine, according to which a person is not liable for refusing to testify or explain himself.
