As part of this year’s celebration of the European Crafts Days (2-7/4), the Piraeus Group Cultural Foundation (PIOP), in collaboration with the ceramics workshop “Ceramic and Plinths”organizes the workshop of creative work “Blooming Ceramics”, the Sunday April 7, 2024 (time 11:00), in the Museum of Silversmithing.
In the workshop, aimed at families with children, aged 7 up to 12 years old, young and old will discover the world of ceramics. With the guidance of the artist Dimitras Stavrouparticipants will experiment with clay and build a ceramic caspo for their home.
The European Crafts Days (www.journeesdesmetiersdart.fr) were established as an annual institution in many European countries and have been celebrated every spring since 2002. For the year 2024, the theme of the celebration is entitled “Little fingers, expert hands”.
The participation in the workshop and the materials are free.
