Tatjana Smirnova, project coordinator of the RD External Communication Department, explained that the construction of the parking lot has certain requirements that must be met: “There must be a hard surface, which can be asphalt, concrete, rubble, pebbles, paving stones. There must be lighting, in addition to that, water drainage must be built engineering communications, there must be other elements necessary for operation, such as road signs, barriers, pedestrian sidewalks, green area – greenery.”

Smirnova pointed out that the parking lot is a group 1 engineering building, for the construction of which an explanatory article must be submitted in the Construction Information System, and these regulations apply to both parking lots that are built for commercial purposes and parking lots in the courtyards of apartment buildings.
