Felix Sandman, 25, has spent the last few years at home in bed.
In “Afternoon in P3” he says that he was not feeling well.
– I’ve made music and felt bad, pretty much, he says.
It’s been four years Felix Sandman recently released music.
During those years, he has acted and written new music that has not been released, but also struggled with a bad mood, he says in “Afternoon in P3” with Hannah Hellquist and Christopher Garplind.
– I have worked on myself. Or I haven’t worked that much, I’ve mostly created and reflected and taken the time I needed, he says in the radio program.

“It sucks”
Sandman believes that there are many things that contributed to him not feeling well. Among other things, it has been difficult to know how he would take his career further after his time in the pop group FO&O.
– I’ve felt bad because I’ve worked with something since I was 14. That’s one reason. And now I’m not that person anymore. You grow up and things change. And life happens.
Growing up in the spotlight has been tough at times.
– I can say that it fucks you up psychologically, he says.

Releases music
The artist and actor believes that “the only thing he managed to do” during this period was acting. Only now is he releasing new music, the single “Terminal” with his friend Haley Bridge.
Felix Sandman broke through with FO&O in 2013 and started a solo career in 2017. He has competed in Melodifestivalen twice, in 2018 with “Every single day” and in 2020 with “Boys with emotions”.
