The new law will give the school network more resources to enable it to achieve this. It will intervene on four fronts, namely the sharing of information between employers in the education network, the limitation of the scope of amnesty clauses, which will make it possible to keep the misconduct in question in the employee file, the obligation to report behavior that could reasonably cause fear for the physical or psychological safety of students as well as the mandatory deployment of a code of ethics in all school service centers and private educational establishments.

The minister to improve the bill. Among the added elements, we note among others:
The enlargement powers of the Minister allowing the latter to revoke, suspend or maintain under conditions a tolerance of commitment in the event of serious misconduct or derogatory act committed by a teacher who is the beneficiary;
The creation of a committee permanent investigation, which adds to the possibility for the minister to refer any situation to him;
The addition of numerous measures to counter reprisals against people making complaints or reports;
The expansion of measures protection for disabled students, in addition to minor students, making it possible to better protect vulnerable customers in the education network.
Since 2018, the government has implemented several actions for the well-being of our young people at school, including the establishment of the national student protector, the general investigation mandate and its report, without forget the violence and intimidation prevention plan announced last October.
