Improving Animal Welfare: A Community Effort
The Animal Welfare and Zoonosis Department of the City Council is making significant progress in supervising and preventing measures to ensure the health of pets and people.
As part of these efforts, a rabies vaccination and deworming campaign is currently underway and will continue in the coming weeks as follows:
- 9 and 10 April
- From 9 am to 12 pm
Barrio Calixto Gauna
Corner of Avenida San Martín and Esteco (Paseo de los Poetas)
- 11 and 12 April
- From 9 am to 12 pm
Villa Chartas
10 de Octubre and San Luis (plaza Gurruchaga)
The department emphasizes that not only are the measures and operations implemented by the City Council essential, but also the role of the population in the responsible care of pets.
Ensuring the health and well-being of our furry friends is a collective responsibility. By participating in vaccination campaigns and practicing proper pet care, we can create a safer and healthier environment for both animals and humans in our community.
Let’s work together to make our neighborhoods a better place for all living beings!
