He stressed that Russia needs to “radically” change the current immigration policy and defended “the principle that only those who respect the traditions, language, culture and history” of the country can come to live and work in Russia.

And he stressed that the actions of all state and private bodies, agencies and structures that managed Crocus City Hall, where the attack took place, are now being assessed.

The independent press has criticized the Kremlin for focusing all their efforts on repressing internal dissent and opponents of the war in Ukraine, and forgetting about the real criminals and threats to the security of the State.

In total, 15 people have been arrested so far in connection with the attack, four of them for their direct participation in the shooting and explosions that took place at the concert hall.
