Notifications of transactions on financial instruments made by persons
discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (Bank) encloses
received notifications of transactions on financial instruments within
the meaning of trading in financial instruments regulations (taking up
the series M shares as a result of exercise of rights arising from
series A4 warrants – Appendix no. 1 and taking up the series N shares as
a result of exercise of rights arising from series B1 warrants –
Appendix no. 2) made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

The attached notifications apply to the following persons:

2. Jean-Charles Aranda

3. Andre Boulanger

4. Wojciech Kembłowski

5. Magdalena Nowicka

6. Volodymyr Radin

7. Agnieszka Wolska

8. Witold Broniszewski

9. Tomasz Bżykot

10. Maciej Czechowicz

11. Iwona Dorota Gajek

12. Konrad Kopciuch

13. Michał Kozarzewski

14. Bernard Sapala

Additionally, the Bank encloses received notifications of transactions
on financial instruments within the meaning of trading in financial
instruments regulations (sale of shares) made by the following persons
discharging managerial responsibilities (Appendix no. 3):

1. Wojciech Kembłowski – Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board

2. Andre Boulanger – Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board

Legal basis

Article 19 paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse
(“Market Abuse Regulation”) – information about transactions conducted
by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
