Ukraine “will lose the war” if the United States Congress does not approve military aid to help it resist Russian invasion.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, quoted by CNN.

“It is important to address specifically to Congress: if it does not help Ukraine, Ukraine will lose the war,” Zelensky said during a video meeting of the Ukrainian fundraising group UNITED24.
“If Ukraine loses this war, other countries will be attacked. This is a fact,” warned Zelensky, “Vesti” reported.
His warning is among the sharpest since the full-scale war in Ukraine began more than two years ago.
In the US, Congress has for months refused to pass an aid package for Ukraine, leaving Kiev without ammunition as Russia attacks Ukrainian cities and frontline positions with missiles, bombs and drones.
The US Senate passed a $95.3 billion foreign aid bill with aid to Ukraine and Israel in February, but House Speaker Mike Johnson has so far refused to schedule a vote on the bill.
In addition, Zelensky warned that “in the coming weeks, Russia will be more and more insistent on bringing nuclear weapons into the dispute, threatening, playing with this issue.”
Earlier, the Ukrainian president told CNN that “millions” could die in Ukraine’s war with Russia without US help.
