Your missions 💬 Within a telephone relations platform made up of 30 people, and under the responsibility of the team manager, you will participate throughout your contract in developing the relationship with professional customers. In this context, your main missions will be: 👉 Carry out the sale of supply and service contracts adapted to customer needs by telephone. 👉 Answer various contractual and technical questions from customers and contribute to the resolution of requests. 👉 Identify business development opportunities and monitor a portfolio of customer requests. This list may evolve according to your expectations, your desires, your ideas, the priorities of your team.

At the start of the 2024 school year, you will hold a general, technological or professional baccalaureate, and you wish to prepare a BTS NDRC over 2 years on a work-study basis, as part of an apprenticeship contract. The alternation schedule envisaged for this position is weekly, ideally 2 days in training and 3 days in the company.
