Local elections 2024: Who won in Gdańsk? Exit poll results

The results of the exit poll indicate that the election was won by the incumbent president Aleksandra Dulkiewicz (KO) with the support of 62.3%. This means that the elections in Gdańsk were decided in the first round. For Dulkiewcz, this will be her second and last term as mayor of Gdańsk.

The next places were taken by:

Tomasz Rakowski (PiS) – 12.2 percent

Andrzej Pecka (KWW Wspólna Gdańska Droga 2050) – 6.6 percent

Local elections: Gdańsk last elected a president after the murder of Paweł Adamowicz

The previous presidential elections were held in Gdańsk on March 3, 2019. These were early elections, organized after the death of the incumbent president, Paweł Adamowicz, who was murdered by Stefan Wilmont (he died on January 14, 2019). In those elections, Dulkiewicz won 82.22 percent. votes as the only rivals with Grzegorz Braun (KWW Grzegorz Braun), who was supported by 11.86 percent. voters and Marek Skiba (KWW Responsible – Gdańsk), who obtained 5.92 percent.
