In the continuation of his post, he points out that “the citizen who is in danger, does not have time for telephone “requests” and bureaucratic treatment”.

“I also watched in shock, like all of them, the audio from Kyriaki Griva’s conversation, which was supposed to be the last. When a citizen is outside a police station where they have not taken him seriously, in front of the guard who does not react, having in his ear the immediate action that he is obstructing, and is murdered, then something goes very wrong in the security of Greek men and women.
And unfortunately it’s not a “human error” here either. It’s a whole system that’s working wrong. “The patrol car is not a taxi”, but it must once again become that vehicle that comes instantly when a citizen is in danger. Because the citizen who is in danger, has no time for telephone “requests” and bureaucratic treatment. Safety with empathy. This is what our country needs.”
