In the last few hours it was reported that the Nicaraguan authorities deported the Salvadoran Julio César Moreira Rivera, alias “Enano”, an active member of the MS criminal structure who is accused of aggravated extortion.
The National Civil Police (PNC) confirms that Moreira Rivera is profiled as a homeboy and that he was captured at the “El Amatillo” border, in the department of La Unión.
Alias the “Dwarf” will be placed at the disposal of a San Miguel court to face the crimes accused of him. It will be the judge who determines whether Moreira Rivera continues the process on probation or in prison.
The PNC maintains that criminals will be located and captured wherever they try to escape from the Territorial Control Plan and the emergency regime.
