Don’t put pictures in the newspaper of a crying child on her mother’s lap and a woman next to it with a syringe in her hand. As babies, toddlers or preschoolers, my children never cried when they had an injection. That is not necessary. Hitting your head hurts much more. The government cannot force. They poke something in your body. The government may seduce and provide easily readable and well-substantiated information. Perhaps not from The Hague, but for example from the child health clinics. In any case, accessible, serving and close to the people. A good vaccination rate is important for the well-being of many.
