The New Democracy of Kyriakos Mitsotakis is “drowning in the undercurrents” of the motion of no confidence, according to the MRB poll on behalf of Open.
Most citizens consider that the ruling party lost politically, after the submission of the motion of censure for the government’s handling of the tragic accident in Tempi, while they describe the action of the four opposition parties (PASOK, SYRIZA, New Left, Pleussi) as “justified” Freedom).
It is characteristic that among the political parties, the big loser is the New Democracy, since 51.3% answered that they definitely lost politically from the no-confidence motion process, while among the winners, the Freedom Sailing of Zoi Konstantopoulou ranks first with 31% and second PASOK with 29.9%, which also had the initiative to submit the proposal.

How do they evaluate the actions of the government and the opposition regarding Tempi?
More than 7 out of 10 citizens (74.8%) negatively evaluate the government’s actions on the issue of Tempe, and only 17.1% evaluate them positively.
Correspondingly, 51.2% judge the attitude of the opposition negatively, with 389% evaluating it positively.
On the side of the relatives of the victims
Citizens express their absolute support for the families of the victims of the tragedy, as they positively evaluate the actions and initiatives they have taken for the justice of their dead, at a rate of 85.8%.
On the contrary, they negatively judge the actions of the media, at a rate of 74%, but also of the Greek Justice, at a rate of 60.2%.
Signs to the government from the departures of Bratakos and Papastavros
The citizens also commented on whether the departures of Yiannis Bratakos and Stavros Papastavros will affect the image of the government, with the majority (39.8%) answering that they will not affect it, neither negatively nor positively.
They are followed by 34.8% who believe that the image of the government will be negatively affected, while only 9.5% believe that they will have a positive impact.
However, more than two out of ten citizens, at a rate of 53.4%, state that the negative influence from the departures of the prime minister’s two associates will leave marks on the image of the government, while 41.5% respond that the effects will be temporary .
