“I feel happy for the boys and I am asking for a little better attention to the team, I feel that the authorities are being neglected, because we need more attention, it cannot be that we come to a competition of this nature with a very long period short of preparation”, were part of the evaluations given by the coach of the El Salvador beach team, Rudis Gallo, after participating in the El Salvador Beach Soccer Cup 2024.

The national beach soccer team finished the competition in fourth place, with two losses, against Morocco and the United States, and a victory against Switzerland, a sporting competition that revealed the current performance of the beach team.

According to the coach, the team did not have the best result on the scoreboard during the competition, but he highlighted that the team from the Salvadoran arena “did a good job,” even though they were not the expected results.
