During a new shooting in Sint-Denijsstraat in Vorst, unknown people shot seventeen times at the front door of a house. No one was injured.
The facts happened on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday. Unknowns took out a Kalashnikov and shot no fewer than seventeen times through the front door of an inhabited house. No one was injured.
It is the second time in a short period of time that a house has been shot at in that street. In early October, five houses away, three shots were fired through the door. The residents were also unharmed. It is not clear whether one of the two shootings was ‘a mistake’ by the perpetrators.
The shooting is said to be linked to drug violence. The South zone police confirm the shooting and the use of a weapon of war. So far, no suspects have been arrested and there is currently no trace of the perpetrators.
