Puigdemont, who thanked him for taking the step to help in the “new stage” of the country, explained that Navarro has decided to accept the challenge that he has proposed to put his “exceptional career” at the service of Catalonia. “If we want to create the conditions so that talent does not leave or so that what is already gone is returned, we must promote the right opportunities,” he added.
