Stelios Kouloglou announced his candidacy with the New Left in the June 9 European elections.
As the former SYRIZA MEP notes in his post, who left the party a month after the election of Stefanos Kasselakis to the leadership – without handing over his seat to the European Parliament – “as a new, serious political force, free from its mistakes of the past and the communication biases, the New Left can courageously tell the truth”.
And he states that his goal is to create a modern European Left, “which answers with credibility the challenges of social justice and democracy, climate change and the digital transition”.
