With a victory over Santa Tecla. Municipal Limeño returned to the lead in the Clausura 2024 tournament standings, after matchday 12 of the championship was played. These are all the details.
The Cuchero team returned to the top and did so with a four-goal victory over the bottom team, which tried to recover the three points, but did not have enough time to do so.
Limeño achieved the triumph, thanks to the triplet of Daniel Delgadillo and the same goal from Ever Alvarado, against the 2 of the parakeet team in the boots of Mario Martínez and Aquiles Méndez, in the last 20 minutes of the match.
Platense adds
Just one point behind the leaders, Platense added three by defeating Jocoro, also as a visitor, thanks to two goals from Josué Silis and Marlon Cornejo.
