PO Owner Haryanto, Haji Haryanto has reappeared to respond to the alleged fraud case that involved his son and PO MTI boss Rian Mahendra. As a parent, he admitted that he was hands off and did not want to be involved in the case.
Haji Haryanto has warned other parties not to easily trust Rian Mahendra. Because, according to him, his son was very dangerous. Apart from being good at speaking, Rian also often lies.
“Because (Rian) is very dangerous, he is a person who likes to lie, he is just good at talking, if what is conveyed to YouTube is all fake, I have been working for 19 years and it is fake,” said Haji Haryanto when met by the detikJateng team.
“What was fired was very appropriate because this company is supported by many people, orphans, widows, thousands of employees, also for religious development to build mosques. This company is not just for the world, I am looking for money for the benefit of Allah’s religion, for help people,” he added.

Haji Haryanto had previously sent letters regarding Rian Mahendra’s dismissal to other autobus companies. The goal is for them to know what their son’s true temperament is. However, in fact, there are parties who do not heed these warnings.
“I previously conveyed to companies regarding Rian’s dismissal letter from PO Haryanto, so that Rian would not be easily fooled,” he explained.
In the end, he as a father completely handed over Rian Mahendra’s case to the authorities. The retired TNI officer did not want to be involved because his son was no longer part of PO Haryanto.
“What I said about Rian’s case was that he was cheating here and there, yes, that was PO Haryanto. I as the leader will not be responsible, it has nothing to do with it anymore because everyone, (Rian) has been expelled from the company (PO Haryanto),” he said.
“So if there are things that Rian does, please, if there are things that are fraudulent or something, report it to the authorities, that’s okay, because I promised that when he played with Bitcoin, I wouldn’t pay off billions again, but it turns out he actually want to destroy the company I lead,” he added.

Rian was reported to the police after allegedly committing fraud against PO Sembodo. He is accused of making the autobus company lose up to IDR 2.2 billion.

According to PO Sembodo, Rian Mahendra did not pay Rp. 50-60 million to his party every month as a routine deposit and did not give him the 49 percent share according to the agreement. Apart from that, they also claimed that Rian had taken away two of the buses he had lent him.
“The loss we received due to Rian Mahendra was approximately IDR 2.2 billion. This loss was the result of an accumulation of various things. Starting from working capital, fleet paint, deposits and collection of goods in the form of bus components,” said Khairul Imam as PO Sembodo’s attorney. .
In the end, PO Sembodo reported Rian to the police at the end of last year with the number LP/B/6899/XI/2023/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA. However, until now, there has been no legal continuation.
Rian had dismissed accusations of defrauding PO Sembodo. In fact, if he had to face the legal table, he would not be afraid. Because, he claimed to have all the evidence.
