In connection with the organization of a ceremony for the presentation of the National Awards for achievements in regional performing arts “IKAR” in the National Theater “Ivan Vazov”, changes are being introduced in the organization of movement, stay and parking.
From 17.00 to 22.00 on 27.03.2012. it is prohibited to stay and park vehicles, with the exception of the cars of guests invited to the ceremony of:
– “Slavyanska” street between “G.S. Rakovski” street and “G. Benkovski” street;
– G. Benkovski Street between Slavyanska Street and Ivan Vazov Street;
– “Ivan Vazov” street between “G. Benkovski” street and “G.S. Rakovski” street.
From 17.00 to 22.00 on 27.03.2012. the entry of road vehicles is prohibited in both directions, except for the cars of guests invited to the ceremony on:
– “Slavyanska” street between “G.S. Rakovski” street and “G. Benkovski” street;
– G. Benkovski Street between Slavyanska Street and Ivan Vazov Street;
– “Ivan Vazov” street between “G. Benkovski” street and “G. S. Rakovski” street.
SDVR will provide traffic control and regulation posts.
CGM will close “blue zone” and “service subscription” parking for the above time and place.
