Rosen Plevneliev and Desi Banova have built a new residence near Bansko. It is located in the neighboring village of Banya, known for its healing mineral waters. From the documentation, it can be seen that their mountain estate is located in the Rudina area and extends to an impressive 2,374 square meters.
It consists of a total of 3 buildings. The scale of the property is as much as 40 three-room apartments of 60 square meters, in which Bulgarians live en masse. Construction has taken several years, but is almost complete. The swimming pool of the estate of Plevneliev and Banova is to be supplied with mineral water. For this purpose, a brand new water supply will be built next to it.
The procedure is led by the former weather forecaster through her company “Desislava Banova” EOOD, registered in 2017 and with the last announced turnover of BGN 226,000 in 2021. Through the company, she submitted an application to the Basin Directorate “Western Mediterranean Region” for water abstraction mineral water from Drilling No. 6 at the “Guliina Banya” deposit in the village of Razlog to feed the pool planned by her.
It is external, “melter” type, with a volume of 30 cubic meters and will be filled with fresh, not mineral water that has gone through a heating system. Banova-Plevnelieva has requested that the melter be renewed daily with fresh water in an amount of up to 10% of its base volume. Her request also states that the water must be 32 degrees. Since it springs at 58 degrees, the Plevnelievs will have to mix it with piped drinking water to reach its required temperature. Desi’s request a few days ago has been approved by the local government and construction activities on the pool are expected to continue as planned very soon, writes “Retro”.
