2024 Copa do Brasil Third Phase Draws Revealed: See Which Teams Made it Through

This Thursday’s games defined the last classified for the third phase of the 2024 Copa do Brasil.

Corinthians, Fortaleza, Criciúma, Águia de Marabá, Botafogo-SP and Amazonas join Internacional, Vasco, Bahia, Atlético-GO, Cuiabá, Juventude, Sport, CRB, Operário, Brusque, Sampaio Corrêa, Ypiranga-RS, América-RN and Sousa-PB who had already secured their place.

Now, the 20 surviving clubs from the first two stages of the competition join the teams arriving from the Libertadores (Palmeiras, Flamengo, Atlético-MG, Grêmio, Botafogo, Bragantino, Fluminense and São Paulo), in addition to Athletico-PR (via Brasileirão do last year), Ceará (champion of the Copa do Nordeste), Goiás (champion of the Copa Verde) and Vitória (champion of Series B).

From now on, clashes will be held as round-trip gamesand will be defined in prize draw at CBF, with a date yet to be confirmed.

The 32 teams will be separated into two pots, taking into account the position of each one in the National Club Ranking. Teams from one pot will face those from the other. The order of field commands will also be drawn.

The dates reserved for the third phase of the Copa do Brasil are the 1st and 22nd of May.

Bring 1: Flamengo, Palmeiras, São Paulo, Athletico-PR, Atlético-MG, Corinthians, Fluminense, Grêmio, Fortaleza, Internacional, Bahia, Botafogo, Red Bull Bragantino, Atlético-GO, Ceará and Cuiabá.

Bring 2: Goiás, Vasco, Juventude, Sport, CRB, Vitória, Criciúma, Sampaio Corrêa, Operário-PR, Botafogo-SP, Brusque, Ypiranga-RS, América-RN, Amazonas, Águia de Marabá and Sousa-PB.

As of their presence in the third phase, all clubs, regardless of division, will receive the same participation quota.

Thus, qualifying for the round of 16 is worth a prize of R$3.465 million.
