“Warner Music Baltics” branch in Tallinn is closing, writes the Estonian National Broadcasting Organization ERR. This marks a change in the interests and activities of “Warner Music Group” – one of the world’s largest music publishers – regarding the Baltic music market. It will also affect several Latvian musicians, as well as the flow of foreign investments. In a conversation with “Delphi”, the musician Gacho says that this could be especially felt by young performers.
“Free agent” (from the English language – “free agent”; this term is used in sports and various other industries to describe a person who is not tied to a contract with a specific club, organization) – such a laconic record, accompanied by photos, published by a rapper, on the “Facebook” profile of music producer and one of Latvia’s leading sound engineers Fakta or Jānis Šmēdiņš on February 27 of this year.
