The country produced 236,600 tonnes of polysilicon in the two months, a 90% year-on-year increase. In the first 10 months, the total export value of relevant photovoltaic products reached US$42.99 billion.
In recent years, China has seen rapid growth in its photovoltaic industry amid the country’s drive towards a low-carbon transition, driving the demand and development of photovoltaic products. In the first 10 months, the increase in installed capacity for photovoltaic energy in the country reached 142 million kilowatts.
