– Programming a schedule (7-10 productions per season, target group 4-14 years old)
– Planning and implementing up to 40 school performances per season
– Conception and implementation of cross-GZ projects

Your profile/contact
– Completed university education (cultural education, theater education, etc.)
– Several years of experience in the cultural sector
– Experience in event organization, programming of a performance and good networking in the contemporary theater scene
– Own artistic or art teaching practice
– Organizational strength, willingness to take responsibility, openness
– Willingness to work flexibly and sometimes irregularly, including in the evenings and weekends
– Good knowledge of common computer programs and social media
– Knowledge of the technical processes of a theater business
