Shyam Mohan Reveals Why He Rejected Works and How it Benefited His Career: Exclusive Interview with Kaumudi Movies

Actor Shyam Mohan talks about the works he rejected and the reasons for it. Shyam Mohan said that he had many temptations and those were works that did not benefit his career.

Shyam added that if he had thought that he could do it for money at that time, he would not have reached Premalu now. Shyam also says that when he left Ponmuta, he received many calls from the YouTube channel. The actor was speaking in an interview given to Kaumudi Movies.

‘Many temptations have come. A lot of work has come looking for me, even if we do it, it will not benefit our career. If I had thought that I could do it for money at that time, I would not be in Premalu now. I am not naming anyone. So many programs have come to me. I have spent a lot of time saying that I don’t want it.

At the time of leaving Ponmuta, I was called from the YouTube channel as usual. I could jump in and grab it if I wanted to. But there is nothing to be done about it. It was another type of characters program just like Ponmutulla. It was set to say no. If I did, I would get paid. I don’t have the money, but I have to do it. This came because I thought that if we wait a little longer, we can do another good program,’ said Shyam Mohan.

After the films Thanneermattan Dinaman and Super Sharanya, Girish AD. Premalu was a directed movie. Starring Mamita Baiju and Naslen in the lead roles, the film is a rom-com entertainer that has returned to Malayalam after a while.

After the huge success in Kerala, the Telugu dubbed version of the film has been released on March 8. Director Rajamouli’s son S.S. Karthikeya bought the Telugu dubbing rights. Apart from Andhra and Telangana, the Telugu version has also been released in over 100 screens in the US.
