Tragic Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of 25-Year-Old in Staten Island (NYC) – Police Warn Against Illegal Racing in Residential Areas

A 25-year-old man died last night when he lost control of his motorcycle while riding among more than a dozen others in an apparent race through a residential neighborhood on Staten Island. (NYC)
