Norah Jones, the singer with 50 million albums sold, releases a second opus entitled “Visions”, faithful to the jazzy universe of the composer, with minimalist musical arrangements, piano, some brass and light drums.
Singer Norah Jones releases her second album. 20 years of career, 50 million albums sold, this second opus, entitled “Visions”, is composed of twelve songs to savor like a sweet spring ballad.
In the image of this still numb sun, Norah Jones wrote in her bed, in her bath, facing the wall, melodies that appeared in her sweet reveries, hence the title of this album: “These songs came to my mind in those moments between waking up and falling asleep,” she explains.
A jazzy universe
Faithful to its jazzy universe with minimalist musical arrangements, piano, some brass and light drums. “We were in my producer’s studio, alone. It was like a small universe,” explains the singer. Norah Jones gives us a taste of summer with grace and simplicity. She sings about her desire to dance, her wild, sometimes romantic side and proves that she has not changed.
