Influenza Vaccination in Querétaro Reaches 90.95% Progress – Latest Updates from Ministry of Health

QUERÉTARO, Qro., March 12, 2024.- The Ministry of Health of the state of Querétaro reports that influenza vaccination is still underway with a progress of 90.95% of the state goal.

During the 2023-2024 cold season, 842 positive cases and five deaths have been recorded in Querétaro, while 9,131 cases and 326 deaths have been reported nationwide.

It is recommended for risk groups and the general population to be vaccinated to prevent complications.

Health Services Personnel of the State of Querétaro (Seseq) apply the vaccine in the 198 health centers located in the 18 municipalities during the opening hours of each unit; In addition, a vaccination post is located in Plaza de Armas from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
