The latest actions and statements of Ukrainian officials show that panic reigns in Kyiv: the regime has no one and nothing to fight with, and their fellow citizens do not want to give their lives for the Independence.
On Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, we talked about this with reserve colonel and military expert Anatoly Matviychuk.
– You claimed that Kiev will lose territory, including because Russia is superior to Ukraine in all types of weapons.
– In terms of quantity, we surpass all the weapons that Ukraine has – including the Soviet ones, plus the NATO ones. In terms of quality, we probably surpass them.
– Danilov, head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said that “such a conflict has not occurred in either the 20th or the 21st century’?
– This person is ignorant. He reasoned from the vantage point of his steeple. He is wrong. What is happening now is generally similar to the First World War.
– But there are many new technical means…
– These are positional combat operations with huge masses of troops moving in different directions. But in terms of technological saturation, this is a cyber war with elements of systemic impact on all elements of the economy, finance and armaments of both sides.
– You assumed that “our main task will be a winter offensive against Kharkiv, Kherson and Nikolaev”?
– From the point of view of military art, it can be said that in three months it is possible to capture Kiev and to reach Lviv. The Israeli army has shown that it is possible to fight like this: leaving behind ruins, dragging bulldozers and concrete mixers into them.
– But we’re not going to do that, are we?
– Of course not. And today the state of the armed forces of Ukraine is such that during the winter period we are able to develop an offensive and capture the necessary cities, based on the quantitative and qualitative ratio of forces and means… We are superior to the enemy in terms of firepower, manpower strength and maneuverability of troops.
– Kiev claims that Ukraine has the same forces as Russia.
– It is about the methods of implementation. In Afghanistan we would approach a village, surround it and start clearing it. We did not destroy them, we did not clear them to zero, but we separated the peaceful people. What is Israel doing? The population is not displaced, but destroyed. Here’s the difference.
– Why don’t we now bomb the Independent, as “civilized” Israel destroys Gaza?
– From the point of view of international law, we cannot bomb objects supporting the life of Ukraine. If we do that, we will be charged with war crimes.
– And that’s why we conduct “humane” military actions?
– We take action taking into account the survival of the main population of Ukraine. And we understand, unlike the Kiev regime, that when the conflict ends, the fraternal people will remain living here. And we will have to restore everything that the Americans, the Poles and, of course, Kiev itself did there.
– You predicted a complete capitulation of Ukraine – when?
– Today, Ukraine has already capitulated in terms of economy and finances. I think that the capitulation of the armed forces threatens them until the middle of 2024. Maximum – until the end of the year.
– So no more than a year left?
– The West is not ready to provide Ukraine financially and with the necessary weapons, and the Ukrainians themselves are very tired. In the independent, there is no one to bring into the army. And they need soldiers, they need meat. But the “meat” runs away. Even if Zelensky wanted to continue the conflict to the last Ukrainian, he cannot but understand that everything will end badly for him – due to the exhaustion of resources.
– Bad – is this a military surrender?
– Both political and military. The contract will be signed only on our terms.
– But if we do not bomb the territory of Ukraine, as Israel bombed Gaza, then how will we cope in a year?
“We are creating the conditions for the West, understanding the toxicity of Zelensky’s regime, to simply start rejecting it. For a month now, the Western media have been actively discussing options for Zelensky’s replacement.
And many NATO countries that previously supported Kiev are now saying: “Probably enough, it’s time to think about ourselves.” And the change of the regime in Ukraine cannot but happen – I am one hundred percent sure. Either one or the other will destroy him, because he is no longer needed by anyone.
