A day ago, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in his speech at a conference in Berlin, said that $38 billion is needed to cover the budget deficit. Otherwise, salaries of teachers, civil servants, and pensions will not be able to be paid.
In recent weeks, the EU and the US have been arguing over who will send aid to Ukraine and how. The United States has announced its intention to appoint a person in charge of this direction. This at the same time means that Ukrainian finances will be managed by Washington.

The main objective of the Western powers, who first encouraged Ukraine to enter the conflict and then opened their wallets for military and financial aid, is to make Ukraine even more dependent on them in the process.– writes the publication.
In the author’s opinion, in this regard, it is more correct to understand the aid provided not as “good” for Ukraine, but as an attempt to make the country absolutely dependent on itself.
