Dear partners and friends,
After I ended my career at FC Varna, which you were informed about by the media on September 7, 2011, I was pleasantly surprised that in a short time on the Internet, many acquaintances and friends sent me messages with deep human content. I also received over a few thousand friend requests.

I was recently invited by the mayor of Suvorovo, Eng. Paraskevov, to lead the newly created Festival and Sports Complex in the city. The building (pictured) has an area of 3,600 sq.m., built entirely according to a European design, with an adjacent area of another 105 acres, which is yet to be developed infrastructurally. Soon the complex will get a hotel.
The new complex will be an attractive place for the youth and local population of the region, for non-governmental organizations, for conducting seminars, exhibitions, festivals, sports competitions and cultural events. Our ambition is to use the unique natural, cultural and historical endowment together with the modern infrastructure to offer services of the highest European standard.
The M.E.R.S.I. Program will also support this. “EUROPE” /multifunctional European center for development, sport and art/ which will create conditions for equal access and inclusion of citizens from different social and ethnic groups, their inclusion in the cultural processes of the region, the country and the world. Part of the activities will be aimed at changing the positions of the city, the municipality and the region and distinguishing them as attractive places for various cultural and sports activities, including by stimulating innovative initiatives. An important place in them is the active creative involvement of such social groups, which for various reasons have so far remained relatively distant from public events in the field of art, culture, sports, science – students, people in a disadvantaged position and ethnic communities living in peripheral areas . In this way, the local cultural policy will come closer to the interests of the citizens, they will support the future dynamic and sustainable development of the city.
The M.E.R.S.I. program “EUROPE” will be led by Ivan Ivanov – Dyado.
Our calendar will include days of foreign cultures, familiarization with the traditions of different countries and providing an opportunity for commercial contacts, exhibitions of agricultural and industrial producers. The center has halls with a capacity of 15 to 1200 people for organizing meetings, seminars, sports competitions, concerts and congresses and has available technical infrastructure for simultaneous translation, sound, television studio, internet, parking, changing rooms and storage rooms.
I invite you to its official opening, which will take place on September 28, 2012. from 17.30 in the town of Suvorovo. It will be a pleasure and an honor for me to introduce you to the capacity of the new complex for cultural, sports and public events, as well as the opportunities it provides for partnership cooperation and investment projects.
