The National Civil Police (PNC) reported that a subject was captured at the border and that he is being sought by a court in Chalchuapa for the crime of aggravated homicide.
This is Hernán Alfonso Arana Ruiz, who was captured at the San Cristóbal border, in Santa Ana, who was trying to cross through unauthorized border points into Guatemala.
According to the investigations of the police authorities, this subject committed a homicide in an incident that was recorded in June 2019.
“He will be brought to justice so that he pays with the full weight of the law for his crimes,” the PNC commented on its social networks.
