A man riding a scooter sexually abused a woman who was jogging in Central Parkthe authorities reported.
The disturbing incident took place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
The victim, 30 years old, was jogging about 70 West Drive when the pervert in a blue Razor approached her from behind, got off the scooter, grabbed her by the waist and rubbed against hersaid the officials.
The woman confused by what had just happened she was not physically injuredthe officers said.
The perpetrator who was driving the scooter sped northbound on West Driveleaving Central Park towards West 72 Street and Central Park West, police explained.

The New York Police Department (NYPD) published a photograph of the criminal, described as among 20 and 25 years old, 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 165, with dark complexion, brown eyes and medium build.
