What does the device consist of?
Olympic and Paralympic Week (SOP) serves to promote sports practice among young people and mobilize the educational community around the civic and sporting values inscribed in the DNA of Olympics and Paralympism.
Who is affected by this system?
The SOP concerns teachers, students and their parents, from kindergarten to university. The SOP is also an event which mobilizes high-level athletes, sports associations, sports federations and local authorities every year.
The objectives of the system
- To raise awareness of Olympic and Paralympic values by mobilizing educational and fun tools made available,
- To use sport as an educational tool in teaching,
- To discover Olympic and Paralympic disciplines in collaboration with the sports movement, by organizing sports practice workshops,
- To change the way we look at disability by relying on the discovery of parasports and by integrating parasports meetings or shared sports,
- To awaken young people to volunteer and civic engagement.
Participate in the 2024 edition
The next edition of Olympic Week will take place from April 2 to 6, 2024. It will be an opportunity to celebrate the Games and athletes from around the world! Do you want to participate in the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Week and be informed of the challenges and events of this new edition?
To register for the SOP, you must submit your project by completing a registration form.
