A 53-year-old man from Machelen risks a prison sentence for two counts of exhibitionism. Once he was spotted on the E17 by a driver who saw him masturbating while driving his van. Another time he was seen naked in the Lozerbos in Kruisem. “If I did that, I would be on the roadside in no time,” says the man who asks for the acquittal. The accused managed to explain in a remarkable way that camera images show that he was not wearing pants behind the wheel.
