Your contribution
- Advice and support for customers, mainly on the telephone or at customer reception
- Supporting insurance advisors in arranging customer appointments
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments (sales support)
- Administrative support for insurance advisors
- Preparation of offers and applications
- general correspondence
Your skills and talents
- Commercial training is mandatory, experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Willingness to undergo further training on a regular basis
- Enjoy expanding existing customer relationships
- Reliable, resilient personality combined with a quick way of working
- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Convincing appearance with joy in dealing with people
- Positive and winning manner, salesmanlike flair
