Graham’s weight loss journey faced setbacks when his mother passed away in 2019, followed by gym closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. These circumstances led him to overeat and consume sugary drinks and snacks, causing his weight to climb to 247 pounds. Dissatisfied with his lifestyle and concerned about the impact on his children, Graham made a decision to turn his life around.

He adjusted his sleep schedule, ensuring he went to bed between 9:30 and 10 p.m. He also made significant changes to his diet, eliminating sugar and junk food. He recommends starting with the “basic skip,” keeping feet close to the ground, arms by the side, and allowing the movement to come from the wrists.
