A person was seriously injured on Sunday evening due to a shooting in a home in Schiedam. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Three suspects have been arrested.
The shooting incident took place in a house on Nieuwe Maasstraat in Schiedam. The first suspect was arrested not long after the shooting. The police found him with injuries in the garden of the house.
It is still unclear what type of injuries are involved. According to the police, at least these are not gunshot wounds. The man received medical attention.
In Maassluis the police arrested two more male suspects. That happened in Seringenstraat. The police are investigating the involvement of the three suspects in the shooting incident.
